Kadijah Hoard M.S., PLPC is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. She has earned a Master of Science in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Grambling State University. After graduate school, Kadijah worked in private practice providing mental health treatment to children, adults, and couples.

She believes counseling should be a safe environment that fosters healing. Most importantly, therapy should be collaborative, with the client serving as the expert for their own life. Kadijah seeks to encourage clients to be aware of their own strengths and open to new ways of thinking. She has devoted herself to giving her clients the tools and knowledge to better help them operate at their best.

Kadijah hopes to establish a safe, compassionate, trustworthy relationship with survivors to better understand their life experiences and trauma.
