Fredrick Conley was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Fredrick joined STAR after serving thirty-five years in the United States Army in a variety positions,  uniquely as an Equal Opportunity Advisor, Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor, Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator, and Sexual Assault Response Coordinator. His motto is “Start by Believing” which is
the global campaign initiated by End Violence Against Women International designed to transform the way we respond to sexual violence. Fredrick’s mission is to increase awareness, availability, and accessibility of survivor trauma-informed services throughout recovery. He is excited about joining STAR and looking forward to raising awareness of sexual trauma throughout the community.
