Sheriff David Hedrick is thrilled to announce the new partnership with STAR. He stated, “I am proud of CPSO’s Victim Advocacy Program. We have had the honor of serving hundreds of victims and survivors during my administration. However, we have been limited in resources for adult victims of sexual assault and for parents whose children have been sexually abused. Not only will STAR serve those individuals, but they will also bring much needed prevention education and other much needed resources to Concordia Parish as well. I look forward to having STAR in Concordia Parish.”
