Julia was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2020, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Legal Studies from the University of West Florida. Thereafter, Julia moved to Baton Rouge and attended Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in May 2023. Since graduating, Julia has focused on policy and compliance work in the fields of Title IX and Power-Based Violence.

Julia is excited to join STAR as a Staff Attorney. Julia is passionate about empowering survivors and seeking justice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and baking.
