Heather, a Central Louisiana native, holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. Driven by lived experience and her foundational work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), she excels at helping vulnerable populations navigate complex systemic challenges. Leveraging this deep commitment to service, Heather desires to spearhead outreach initiatives and strategic community engagement to foster sustainable, high-impact public partnerships.

Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an avid reader and music enthusiast who values quality time spent with family and friends.
