As the only sexual assault center in the Capital Region, STAR is known for providing free and confidential advocacy, counseling and legal services to survivors of trauma, as well as providing education and training to prevent sexual violence. Each year, the need for our services increases in Baton Rouge, and we need your help to sustain these critical, life-changing services.
