This year, on Thursday, May 4th, STAR is participating in 225GIVES, a one-day online giving extravaganza for the Capital Region.

Over the past two years, 225GIVES inspired people to get up and give, resulting in increased donations and services provided in the Capital Region.

We invite you to join the movement and help us reach our goal of raising $150,000 on May 4th. Here’s how you can help:

Get up and give on May 4th

Your gift matters. On May 4th, if you donate to STAR on 225GIVES.org between 12 a.m. and midnight, your dollars will be stretched in addition to Challenge Fund prizes raised by 225 GIVES itself. Not available on May 4th? No worries! Make your gift early between April 20 and May 9.

Spread the word

Spread the word to your friends and loved ones about STAR and 225GIVES. Don’t forget to tag @staradvocates and #225GIVES if you’re posting online. Encourage your friends and family to get upand give as well!
