Chelsea was born and raised in Pineville, Louisiana. She is currently in her last semester for her BS in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. She has always wanted to help people. Being a Resource Advocate at STAR has given me her the opportunity to do just that. She eventually plans on going back to school for her Master’s in Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. When not working, she enjoys spending time with close loved ones.
