Christina Anderson is a recent graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where she earned her degree in Public Health. Her passion for advocacy and community health stems from her commitment to advancing health equity and supporting underserved communities.

Throughout her college experience, Christina was actively involved in reproductive justice, HIV/STI prevention, and community outreach. Through her work with organizations such as EC4EC, the American Society for Emergency Contraception, and CrescentCare, she gained experience connecting individuals with health resources, providing education, and advocating for accessible, equitable care.

Christina is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is excited to bring her advocacy experience, compassion, and commitment to survivor-centered care to her role as a Resource Advocate at STAR New Orleans.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys painting, creating mosaics, exploring music and theater, and staying connected to her community.
